SSEN Priority Services Register

Scottish & Southern Electricity networks can help support our more vulnerable residents during prolonged power cuts with their Priority Services Register. Customers can sign up for the PSR register if they have any of the following:
  • Are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Have a disability
  • Live with children under five
  • Are blind or partially sighted
  • Have a chronic illness
  • Use medical equipment/aids reliant on electricity
  • Are over 60
  • Temporarily need extra support

If anyone in our community experiences a power cut they should report this on the emergency phone number 105.

SSEN have an app called Powertrack which you can use to report a power cut and receive live updates. You can access
Powertrack from a desktop or download the app on a smartphone. Here is the link if you wish to take a look:
