The Inquiry will be heard at a public inquiry on 12/13/14/15 September 2023 at 10am (19 & 20 September virtual meeting). The inquiry will be held at The Great Hall, Fairmile, Cholsey, OX10 9GW.
Members of the public can attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, speak if they wish.
It is strongly advised that anyone who wishes to speak, registers with the case officer at the Planning Inspectorate, Alison Bell, alison.bell@planninginspectorate.gov.uk before the Inquiry. This assists everyone involved in the timetabling of the Inquiry.
Anyone who does not register but wishes to speak should attend at 10am on day 1 of the Inquiry (i.e 12th). After the initial opening of the Inquiry, the Inspector will ask if members of the publish wish to speak. It is likely that this will take place on day 1.
The written statements submitted by the District Council and the appellant for the hearing are now available on the District Council's website under the application reference P21/V2682/O.
