Minutes of Parish Council meetings

In addition to placing the approved minutes on the Council’s website, the Clerk sends out an electronic copy of the draft minutes to those who wish to see them beforehand. There are approximately 30 residents who receive the draft minutes and agenda for the meetings. By receiving these, you have information as to the latest items being discussed by the Parish Council, and information as to the current planning applications in the parish. Should you wish to be added to the list of those who receive an electronic copy of the agendas and minutes then please contact the Clerk. If you prefer to receive them by post, then this too is possible, but the cost for copying and postage is charged.
