New Parish Councillors

The Parish Council, at its June meeting, was very pleased to welcome to the Council, 2 new councillors, Eileen Daw and Merouan Hemamda. Eileen has lived in the village for 5 years, and now having settled, has more time to give to community matters. Merouan too has lived in the village for 4 years and being home based for work will be able to invest in village life.

The Council is currently involved with supporting the steering group undertaking the Neighbourhood Plan, monitoring the Didcot Garden Town plans, Oxford Cambridge Expressway, as well as immediate issues within the village. If anyone is interested in joining the Council, there are still some seats available. Please contact the clerk for further information.
