Parish Council meetings and Coronovirus

Under the regulations and statutes that the Parish Council are bound by, we are legally required to have meetings in a physical "place".  As such, the Council are preparing for the Annual Meeting for Electors in April and the Annual Council Meeting in May as normal.  The National Association of Local Councils have confirmed that we are unable, at the present time, to hold meetings virtually although they are pressing the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to see if a decision can be made to allow meetings to take place any other way.  If we have any further advice/information we will, of course, let you know.
