P17/V1963/O Erection of 200 houses off Hobbyhorse Lane – amendment to drainage. The Council continued to object to the development and referred to omissions in the information provided
P19/V0053/FUL Change of use to canine hydrotherapy and grooming centre at Trident Business Park. Council had no objections
P17/S4416/FUL Change of use of land from agricultural land to farm park at Culham Hill – amendments to Green Belt area, drainage and access. The Council continued to object on grounds of traffic impact, and loss of green belt P19/V0428/HH Demolition of existing conservatory and single storey rear extension. Erection of new side and rear two storey extension and associated internal reconfiguration at 30 High Street. The Council had no objection
P19/V0352/HH Extension, internal alterations and addition of first floor accommodation at 1A Drayton Road. Council commented that the proposal was a demolition and rebuild. There would be overlooking from neighbours, and glass should be obscured. Trees on the site, which was in a conservation area, should remain.
